General loan terms

• Loans are subject to assessment, approval and a signed written agreement.
• Our stated policy is a total charge of 30% of the principal, inclusive of processing costs, subject to applicable Kenyan law and the terms in the agreement.
• Before acceptance we disclose the principal, the total cost of credit, the total repayment amount, the repayment schedule and all applicable fees.
• We do not introduce undisclosed compound interest, rollover charges, penalties or other fees.
• Early repayment, and how charges are treated if you repay early, is stated in your agreement.

Repayment policy

• Repay on or before the dates in your repayment schedule.
• Changes to the schedule are made in writing and communicated to both parties.
• If you expect to miss a payment, please contact us early so we can discuss it.
• Missed payments are handled in line with the agreement and applicable law, using lawful recovery methods only.

Dispatch and remittance policy

Any applicable dispatch, disbursement, transfer or remittance procedures are communicated to the borrower in writing before the agreement is signed. All applicable charges, payment methods, processing times and relevant conditions are disclosed clearly. No undisclosed charges are imposed.
